Nine Locks Brewing Company’s new flagship facility is an example of seamless integration across FBM’s architectural, interior design, and planning teams. Site design, building systems, and interior finishes interact holistically to complement Nine Locks’ established brand. The facility is divided into three distinct volumes that each support a separate function. The tilt-up concrete volume is a robust and durable assembly that houses the brewery and production activities. The black metal volume provides support spaces for staff. The glass and wood volume creates the public face of the facility including the brewery’s tap room and cold beer store.
