Westway III

Westway III is part of an office campus in the suburbs of Bedford, Nova Scotia. Despite many organizations reducing office space in the region, it is fully occupied due to its focus on spaces to live, work, and play. The building takes its cues from the landscape and cantilevers over the edge of the ravine to take full advantage of the spectacular basin and city views. The lobby and roof top gardens provide places to collaborate and lounge areas for relaxation. Throughout the building spaces accommodate all different types of work from large group activities, contemplative tasks, and casual interactions between colleagues.
